F.A.Q's
1. What are the prices for a class?
The price of $40 is for 3-hour session and includes everything you need to create your own painting: 16x20 canvas, brushes, paints and apron. We also provide gourmet cheese trays, wine openers, ice buckets, soft drinks, bottled water and wine glasses. Our Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday events begin at 6pm and our Friday and Saturday events begin at 7pm. Doors open 30 minutes prior to the event beginning. All our events last for 3 hours unless noted otherwise. Please arrive early to choose your seat, enjoy the two lounge areas and meet your fellow classmates. Chances are you will already know someone and if not, you will leave with new friends and a fantastic experience!
2. Can we bring food and alcohol?
Of course! Bring your beverage of choice and snacks to go along. We will supply wine openers, ice buckets and wine glasses. Complimentary water and soft drinks are always available. Please remember you must be 21 years old to consume alcoholic beverages.
3. How long is the class and will my painting be done?
Our adult classes last 3-hours and it is always our goal to complete the painting by the end of the class time. We do move at a steady pace to achieve completion. We also offer a 20 minute intermission if needed.
4. What if I don’t have any painting experience?
No worries! Our Artists will guide you step-by-step to create your unique masterpiece.
5. What should I wear?
We will provide you with an apron, but wear something you wouldn’t mind getting paint on.
6. What time should I arrive for a class?
We suggest you arrive at least 30 minutes early to get your spot, open your wine, and relax a bit before starting. We attempt to start classes promptly at their scheduled time.
7. What is the age limit?
Regular classes are limited to 18 years and up. On Kids Days and Family Days we welcome ages 10 and up when accompanied by an adult. Parents are welcome to paint (with paid admission), or just watch (free). These days will be posted on the calendar. You must be 21 on consume alcohol.
8. Do I need a reservation? What if I need to cancel?
Reservations are required as space is limited. You can register and pay online by going directly to the calendar and picking the painting of your choice. We do require 48 hours cancellation notice by phone. If not cancelled in 48 hours, you will be charged for the class fee. Your best way to reserve your seats is to purchase online. Classes with less than 12 participants are subject to cancellation with the option to reschedule.
9. I want to use my Groupon voucher?
No worries. Please call ahead at least 48 hours in advance, our number is 361-949-5010. Our policy is that we will honor up to 25% of the participants with a Groupon Voucher, but no more than 6 in any event. This is on a first-come, first-served basis. If your group has more than 6 people with vouchers, then those above the 6 limit will have to purchase their event tickets online and use their Groupon at another event.
10. My LivingSocial Voucher is Expired.
The value you paid, $19 is still valid. Simply PRINT the LivingSocial Voucher and bring $21 (cash) to the event of your choice. Please call ahead to make sure we can accommodate you on the night you want to come in. Our number is 361-949-5010. If we do not answer, please leave a message, all messages are returned within 24 hours. If you come to the event without your PRINTED voucher and your $21, you will not be allowed to the event.
11. What if we want to have a private party?
We welcome private events! However, we require a minimum of 12 people to close the time to the public during the week and a minimum of 20 people on weekends, (Fridays, and Saturdays) Catering is welcomed. Please call 361.949.5010 to schedule. There is a 50% down payment required on the estimated number of guests, no less than 12. to hold your date. We do not offer a refund on Private Party bookings. All guests must purchase their private party tickets online, we will not accept any payment at the door. We will set-up a special link on the website for your event to make it easy on you and your guests to purchase. We will honor up to 25% of the participants with a Groupon Voucher. You may not combine a voucher with any other promotion or discount.
